Guded Imagery
Reiki sessions last between 60 to 80 minutes in a quiet, tranquil setting. While fully clothed on a massage table, you will feel gentle touch be used to balance your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Quiet music plays in the background as you are guided through relaxation imagery. Jo's hands may feel hot, cool or cause a slight tingling sensation; nothing will be painful. At the end of the session, you will feel relaxed and cared for.
$70 per session

Aroma therapy may be added to any session at no additional cost.
Guided imagery has been used extensively in hospitals and cancer centers to help people visualize positive healthy results. May be done alone or with a reiki session. $35
Chakra Balancing
Balancing the main energy centers of the body allows the body to work better as a whole. $45
Reiki Classes
Reiki 1 and 2 levels are taught on a quarterly basis. Please call for schedule.
